The SmartPlug® allows SmartFume® to be installed and sealed in a quick simple one-motion process. This one motion process saves time during both installation and removal of the cartridge. With SmartPlug®, inspection holes are no longer obstructed by empty fumigant cartridges or solidified granular fumigant products. This provides the choice of vapor or slow drip Chloropicrin release into the pole.
The SmartPlug® quick installation and removal
The SmartPlug® is designed to quickly and securely snap onto either end of the SmartFume® cartridge. Until now, fumigant cartridges were difficult if not impossible to remove. Now, with the SmartPlug® , the SmartFume® fumigant cartridge is readily installed and removed from the wood structure. Plus, SmartPlug®’s sealing rings seat securely and helps keep more fumigant to stay inside the pole!
